Does Fyaril deliver to my address?

You can find out if Fyaril delivers to your address by clicking on the shipping link available on any product page. Enter your area zip/pin code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time, and availability of cash on delivery for the product selected. The zip/pin codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your zip/pin code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

How are orders delivered to me?

While placing order, you can select your preferred shipping method. Depending on your choice, we ship products to you directly. All orders placed on Fyaril are dispatched through our reliable courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, Indian Post Etc.

Does Fyaril deliver outside of India?

Yes. Fyaril delivers products to most of the foreign countries specially all over Europe.

Can I order from other country with Fyaril and get the products delivered in India?

Yes, Fyaril delivers in India as well.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

We deliver our product through reliable delivery partners which ensure safe and swift delivery. You can add multiple products at the same time from single vendor which could help reduce additional shipping charges and reduce the shipping time. Our shipping is calculated based on the total number of items in a particular order.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Unwanted/Void packet?

Kindly reach out to us at customer.support@fyaril.com within 24 hours of delivery failing. Failure to do so will mean the claim will not be entertained.

If you reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery we will investigate the matter. We request you to please make note of the below pointers:

  • Do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.

  • You may be required to provide additional information such as a short description of the case (a few questions might be asked to help us understand the scenario).

  • The snapshots of the packet and other boxes, if any (try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the user).

  • The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

You will not be liable for a refund if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

  • Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).

  • Not filing a pilferage claim the same day the pilferage delivery was received.

  • Disposing of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post delivery (we might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end).

  • You have used the item for which claim was raised.
