Seller profile has important information for selling your products globally. Ensure profile is complete for the best selling experience.

Editing/Updating My seller Profile from vendor panel

  • To edit or update your seller profile from the vendor panel, login with your login ID and password through the Seller Partner dropdown menu.

  • Click on the 'My Seller' dropdown menu and make your way to 'My Seller Profile'.

  • In the seller profile, you will see numerous different tabs.

  • Check the General tab: ALL details must be correctly filled.

    • Connect with stripe – Connect your stripe account for automatic direct payout to your bank account.

    • If you have Exporter badge then connect with Fyaril AB or Fyaril EURO accounts.

    • If you have verified badge then connect with Fyaril India Private Limited account.

  • Check Add-ons tab – the following fields are mandatory to enable smooth pickup and payout.

    • Signature – soft copy of signature for use on invoices

    • Bank details – used for payout and invoices

    • Shiprocket pickup point – Warehouse address and phone number where your products will be picked up from.

    • Logos - Kindly upload your Logos as this would be printed on the invoice and displayed on your Fyaril store.

  • Fill in vendor terms and conditions tab. These terms are seen by the customers and agreed before completing order for your products.

    • Here you can enter details of terms and conditions related to product and company policies. FOR EXAMPLE: We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.   • Once you make the changes click on SAVE.
